In 2013-14, Todd Lynch, a Williamsburg resident, received a grant from the Williamsburg Cultural Council to construct a series of “flotsam weirs” on the peninsula of land where the East and West Branches of the Mill River join.  Here is his video of that beautiful and thought provoking project.  We urge you to visit the Flotsam Weirs here in Williamsburg.
